At her previous community, she was promoted to Leasing Manager in late 2022, and Property Manager in 2024. Katy is a graduate of Christopher Newport University where she studied Business Administration- and she brings 12 years of property management expertise to Colonial Towne. Katy is thrilled to lead the team at Colonial Towne, and for the opportunity to continue to provide top-rate customer service to all current and future residents! In her spare time, Katy enjoys visiting her sister and family in Tennessee, spending time with friends, and trying new local restaurants.

Over the past three years, Renardo has become an invaluable member of our team, bringing extensive maintenance experience since beginning his career in the industry in 2018. As a CPO Certified and Universal EPA Certified professional, he is committed to providing exceptional service while helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and well-cared-for community for our residents. Renardo is known for his strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude. He consistently goes above and beyond to support both residents and fellow team members, whether responding to service requests or assisting with the overall upkeep of the property. His dedication plays an important role in creating a positive living experience at Colonial Towne. Outside of work, Renardo enjoys spending time with his family and fishing. We are grateful for the professionalism, reliability, and care he brings to our community each day, and we are thankful to have him as part of the Colonial Towne family.
